EXPERIMENTAL: Read serialized Python sequence from file-like object

Parameters:

• source (NativeFile) – File to read the sequence from.
• base (object) – This object will be the base object of all the numpy arrays contained in the sequence.

Returns:

serialized (the serialized data)
